For me marketing is the discipline where everything converges — the commercial instinct of business strategy, the analytical rigour of engineering, the human complexity of psychology. The one function where all three are not just useful, but necessary.
I believe Europe builds remarkable technology — companies with the technical depth to compete with anyone, products that solve problems that matter. What holds them back is rarely the product. It's the gap between what you created and whom you could reach.
Nine years leading marketing at a B2B cloud infrastructure company taught me one thing above all: the pattern is always the same. Technical founders applying rigour to every product decision, but leaving marketing to instinct. €4M to €16M ARR with 5:1 LTV:CAC is a proof of what becomes possible when that changes.
That recognition kept pulling me further. Into Gestalt coaching, when I kept meeting human blockers that smarter strategy couldn't reach. Into AI engineering, when what's possible for a lean team permanently changed.

I spent nine years leading B2B marketing from the first principles — segmentation, targeting, positioning, channel mix, pipeline generation. No inherited playbooks. I built from evidence, tested against revenue, and refined until the numbers confirmed the direction.
Growth Engineering
I build data pipelines, marketing automation, and AI agents from scratch — and stay accountable for them working. I operationalize what's possible at the frontier of AI and install it as compounding growth infrastructure inside your company.
Psychology & Coaching
I am a trained psychologist and run an active Gestalt consulting practice. I diagnose individual blocks, relational friction, and organizational patterns that others miss, and intervene at the right layer. Most consultants treat the symptom. I deal with the cause.
